Hello And Welcome To Wild Comb!

I am so excited to meet you! We are going to kick off your experience here with letting you know where to begin and what you can expect with your first visit at Wild Comb.

First step is to have you book an appointment. You are going to hit the link below that says “Book Here”. This will take you straight to my booking page. Once you have gotten over to the booking site, you are then going to choose the “Book an Appointment” button and start by clicking the “New Guest” service button. Once you have picked this button you will then choose all your desired services. This site is very user friendly and will guide you through the next steps to complete your reservation.

System Reminders After Booking:

  • Once I have approved the appointment, you will receive a confirmation text that a reservation was made.
  • 2 days before your appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation text message that you will then have to click on the link to confirmyou will have until 24 hours before to confirmotherwise your appointment may be cancelled.
  • A 24 hour reminder email will go out to give you an opportunity to change or cancel your appointment so you do not incur any fees.
    • *I ask that you notify me of any changes no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
  • On the day of your appointment, a 4 hour courtesy text will be sent prior to your arrival.

When you arrive, I will meet you in our lobby and show you to the studio. We will have a thorough consultation to make sure we are both visualizing the same objective, and that we get there seamlessly.

Once we’ve achieved your hair goals, we will style you with the perfect product for your hair type and I will then show you my recommendations for home maintenance. After that, we will setup your next appointment and you’ll be on your way!

FAQ:

How do I know what services to choose?

A: Each service has a label and description to help you choose the best one. My cutting services are based solely off the length of the hair at time of service. The most popular services will be grouped together i.e. “Chin to Shoulders Haircut, Color, & Blow-dry”, “Shoulders to Mid-back Cut and Blow-dry”, or “Barber Short Haircut and Blow-dry”, etc.

What’s the best way to get a hold of you?

A: I check my email every morning from 8-10 am and respond to all messages during that time. I am also available by phone, on my working days, if you need to get a hold of me. I prefer email for all other communication.

What is Your Availability?

A: I am open for appointments on Tuesday: 10-3, Wednesday: 1-6, and Thursday: 1-6.

My schedule is always updated and current on the online booking site.
